Big decision
Purchasing a work of art is a major decision. You can also rent a painting from me for a few months.
Recurring themes in my work are Norway, old cottages, birds, plants, and line drawings. You are very welcome to visit my studio in Het Paleis in Groningen to view the works. I would be happy to set something aside for you without obligation so that you can make your own choice. You can find the prices of the artworks in the webshop.
Rent
The rental of an artwork is per month, excluding VAT, for a minimum of 6 months. The works can also be purchased via hire purchase. If you decide to purchase an artwork after one year of renting, you will receive half of one year's rent back. No rent is charged for artworks purchased within one month of delivery.

Rates
The monthly loan fee for works is on average 2% of the value of the artwork, excluding VAT. If there is a frame, this is factored into the surcharge.
Loan term
You can borrow work for as long as you want. There is no maximum loan term. If you wish to swap, you can do so at any time. This way, you can take your time trying out everything.
The loan period is a minimum of six months and a maximum of one year. Do you wish to keep the work longer? The loan period can then be extended in consultation.
Borrowing with saving
When you have chosen 'borrow with save', you can use the payment to purchase a work of art. You do not necessarily have to buy the work you have at home; you may also use the credit to purchase another work and thus make use of the credit you have accumulated. You must indicate yourself when you wish to purchase a work (different rates apply for this).
An amount to save will be determined in advance; please contact us regarding this.
Deliver
Are you unable to take the artwork home yourself and would you prefer to have it delivered? That is certainly possible. Please feel free to contact us.
